1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday) after confirmation of payment.

You'll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successful, followed by a shipment confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Locations

We primarily deliver to locations across India.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

Metro Cities (e.g., Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru): 3–5 business days

Tier 2 Cities & Towns: 3–5 business days

Remote or Rural Areas: 4–7 business daysPlease note: Delivery timelines are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to courier logistics, postal delays, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery location.

We may offer free shipping on orders exceeding certain thresholds (e.g., ₹5000); applicable details will be displayed on the cart and checkout pages.

5. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS.

You can monitor your order’s real-time status through the courier’s tracking portal.

6. Missed Deliveries & Address Issues

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier company will attempt delivery again or may hold the package at the nearest local office. Please track your order or contact us to redirect the delivery.

Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delivery delays or failed delivery. Please verify your address carefully during checkout.

In cases of failed delivery due to incorrect address, return to sender, or refusal, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges or reshipment fees.

7. Order Splits & Partial Shipments

Occasionally, due to stock availability or logistical requirements, orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments. You will receive multiple tracking details accordingly.

Shipping charges will remain as quoted at checkout.

8. Packaging & Product Safety

We ensure your order is securely packed in durable, food-safe materials to maintain quality and freshness during transit.

Custom trail mixes (“Atram Strum”) and specialized packaging are prepared with utmost care and hygiene.

9. Issues with Delivery

If your parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please photograph the packaging and contents and notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll assist promptly in arranging a replacement or further resolution.

If your order is missing items, please compare with your invoice and report discrepancies within 2 days of delivery.
